returns and refunds


You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us to inquire about an exception to this policy.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card. This should show up on your statement in 7-10 business days.


Since everything in the store is printed on demand – meaning there is no existing inventory – here is how to make an exchange:

Send us an email and tell us what is wrong with the item you wish to exchange. Also, tell us what item you would prefer – design, color, and size. We will place the order manually, and let you know by email when it arrives. It can take 7-10 days.

Bring the original item to our home office (3717 Colfax Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55409) and we will make the exchange. There is no additional cost to you.
