With a traditional, residential campus in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and two satellite campuses catering to working adults and non-traditional students, Northeastern State University needed to upgrade its branding efforts to compete in a highly-fragmented market. We conducted extensive market research to understand audience perceptions and needs, developed an integrated marketing plan, rebuilt the website from the ground up, and revamped its recruitment materials and communications workflow.
