We help nonprofit organizations communicate more successfully. For over 20 years we have worked with clients on research, marketing strategy, and the implementation of campaigns to raise awareness and visibility, inspire donors, and increase understanding.

Our Staff

Dan Woychick

Principal and Creative Director
dan@woychickdesign.com

Dan is an artist, gardener, golfer, father and husband. He is a past president of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) Minnesota Chapter and takes his dog to work every day. He possesses a remarkable ability to recall phone numbers without use of a Rolodex. Dan earned a BFA in Art from the University of Idaho. His work has been recognized in local and national competitions and publications.

Claire Napier

Designer
claire@woychickdesign.com

Claire is a native of Illinois who moved north to buy a new winter coat. She will be retiring from design and forming a band as soon as she learns to play an instrument or carry a tune. Until then, she likes to measure things in picas and obsess over the scandalous exploits of Rod Blagojevich. Claire holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois.

Buster

Chief Morale Officer

Buster is a brown-and-white dog of indeterminate parentage. His responsibilities include grumbling at the mail carrier, dancing in the window when we return from meetings, and keeping the couch warm. Though normally mild-mannered, his separation anxiety-induced fits of pique will one day be cause for scientific study. Buster is the longest-tenured employee of the firm.

Working With Us

Our work is characterized by rigorous inquiry that helps us form a more holistic view of the organizations we work with. We believe that capturing the essence of each organization requires a deep understanding of its people and traditions. In so doing, we help each client better fulfill their mission.

Our depth of experience in non-profit marketing is demonstrated in our work, our methods, and our results. We get results because:

  • Our experience working with non-profit organizations helps us to understand their challenges and recognize opportunities.
  • We ask the right questions so that recommendations are based on context, not conjecture.
  • We are experienced in guiding clients from Point A to Point B – and helping them define what Point A and Point B are.
  • We help our clients tell compelling stories that are designed to reach specific audiences.
  • We are skilled at translating themes, graphics, and messages from one application to another, maximizing each medium.
